I'm Mandy — a Nurse turned foodie, and not afraid of change. After years of caring for people as a nurse, I followed my love of food and built this truck from scratch. I care about what people eat, so everything's made fresh, never frozen, and made to order — real food, fast.

This is a woman-owned business: my own recipes, my own hands, my own dream. Every burger has been tested and perfected through hundreds of tries — fresher and a little healthier than fast food, and a lot tastier too. The regulars keep coming back for more.

What Is a Smash Burger?

My smash burgers start with a 4oz hamburger patty on a grill set to 450 degrees. I smash the burger until thin and season it right on the grill, then sear it for 3 minutes until caramelized and crisp. I flip it, top it with cheese, and if you want — make it a double. Better than fast food? Yes!!

Toppings: fresh lettuce, tomato, dill pickle, onion, and my tangy smash sauce.

Messy. Delicious.
